Product characteristics
Using ployester fiber as the main raw material, abbreviation: PET,
has excellent wrinkle resistance, elasticity and dimensional
stability, has good electrical insulation performance, sun
resistance, friction resistance, no mildew and dirty, has good
chemical resistance, weak acid and weak base resistance.
The primary filter cotton is mainly used for fresh air filtration,
filtering ≥1-10Um suspended particles. High temperature resistant,
flame retardant filter cotton made of glass fiber or other high
temperature resistant, flame retardant materials, mostly used in
high temperature fire environment.
Usage:
1. Spray painting room, paint baking room exhaust system exhaust
gas filtration and paint mist collection
2. Painting equipment, painting system, exhaust gas filtration and
paint mist collection in painting workshop
3. Industrial oil mist emission filtration and oil mist collection

Notes
When replacing the product, first remove the air intake, ceiling,
bottom screen, the ventilation pipe, dark corners and dust
accumulation place carefully clean, and then close the paint door,
open the fan air blowing for about 1 hour. When installing the
filter cotton, no gap shall be left between the filter material and
the frame and surrounding area. First, install the filter cotton on
the ceiling and air inlet, open the fan for air blowing for about 4
hours, and then clean it again before loading the cotton
