Synthetic Fiber Medium Efficienty Air Filter Pocket Bag
TRAIRF® Pocket Filter Bag Filter F7 is an extended surface air filter designed for most medium and high
efficiency air filtration systems.
The pocket air filter media is composed of 4 layers designed to
meet the various ASHRAE standards. The filter media are
manufactured of Multiple Layers Synthetic Microfiber. The Synthetic
Microfiber build up in non-woven layers to ensure MultiLayer
buildups and eliminate fiber shedding.
TRAIRF® Air Filter Bag are widely used in ventilation and air conditioner system of
laboratory, pharmacy, microelectronic, hospital, food industry etc
which areas requesting a higher degree of air cleanliness.
Efficiency:
Synthetic fiber air filter has an average atmospheric dust spot
efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% in NBS Test
Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 &
MERV14.
Filter Media:
Fiberglass and Synthetic Fiber filter media are available for
TRAIRF® Medium Filter F5 F6 F7 F8. Synthetic fiber media consist of one layer of spun bound on each
side for strength and stability, one coarse fiber melt-blown layer
for filtration of larger particles and one fine melt-blown layer
for filtration of smaller particles.This media is extremely durable
and non-shedding. Using a variety of materials, the range of
filtration efficiency can be spanned from 45-50% to 90-95% and >
95%

Filter consists of individual pockets, which are bonded to a
corrosion-resistant header, aluminium alloy and galvanized frame
header are available
